This Privacy Policy explains how Proof Pathway collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our software, request demos, or participate in pilots. It applies to customers, prospects, partners, and website visitors.

•    Account & contact data: name, company, job title, email, phone, billing address.
•     Usage & technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser, logs, API usage, timestamps, and images or metadata                 captured during inspections when authorized by the customer.
•    Transactional data: invoices, purchase history, and payment processor tokens (we do not store full card numbers).
•     Support data: support tickets, diagnostic logs, and optional recordings of support sessions.

3. How we use data (purposes)
We use data to: provide and improve services; operate pilots; process orders and payments; secure systems; support customers; comply with legal obligations; and send service‑related notices and marketing (with consent where required).
4. Legal bases (EU/EEA residents)
For EU/EEA individuals, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention), consent (marketing), and legal compliance as applicable.
5. Sharing and third parties
We may share data with: service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors), integration partners (camera vendors under NDA), professional advisors, and legal authorities when required. We require vendors to protect data and only process per our instructions.
